    We left an online request after lunch today as a follow up to a visit to A & E and the doctor rang back within 2 hours. We have been critical of Modality but this was an excellent experience. Good grasp of the issues, excellent 'bedside manner' and constructive way forward.

    I filled an online request for a fostering medical I didn't hear anything from the surgery so I called into the surgery to be told someone would contact me to arrange an appointment I waited 2 week still hadn't heard anything so called in again to be told it would be classed as urgent as I needed the medical doing before the 18/10 and as of yet I still haven't heard off anybody to arrange this I have tried ringing the surgery and all I get is were experiencing high levels off calls and to call back then the call is cut off I've tried to fill the online form again but I answer 1 question and it wont let me go any further this is absolutely disgusting service and I'm still currently waiting for someone to ring me back to arrange the medical as I'm trying to go for an sgo order and not having the medical is holding the process up so please can someone have a look at this Thanks

  3. Review titled Voice connect and meds

    I have to have a review every month for my meds and I got a message saying I could use voice connect to get my meds. But has I followed all the instructions it tells me I can't get them meds so I am left with no meds and no one has contacted me and I am very disappointed why send me that message if it was going to say that I could not have the meds sent to my pharmacy.

  4. Review titled Too long and not free

    My foster-son is disabled and entitled to a free bus pass on the grounds of his epilepsy. the epilepsy service used to provide a letter for free to be submitted with his application. Unfortunately they have now said this must be done by the GP. During my son's long term health review I mentioned this to the doctor who said I could just bring in the form and it would be sorted. I therefore did this, but have now been told that it might take up to 4 weeks to be dealt with and will cost £30. Neither of these facts were mentioned by the doctor. Now it will cost up to 4x weekly bus fares plus £30 for a "free " bus pass. Perhaps Modality should spend less on "carer support" events and actually support the carers by doing their job in a more timely manner and for free!

    Trying to get my new medication which is not on repeat prescription went on website it told me to go nhs app which I did this and you order them on there neither. So yet again just getting my diabetes under control and I'm going to run out of my pain medication so my diabetes is going to be all over place again this keeps happening stopping my repeats and not telling until I go to order this around the 3rd or 4th time now

    Had apt which I cancelled in person, booked another appt moved by letter for a gp call btw1-6pm , no call ! Waited whole aft despite trying to work and now nothing , no appt , no treatment , no medication

    I have been with this GP practice for over 30 years and until the introduction of the newer version of the online service, have been very happy with the health care provided...including today's, thank you. However the online access is very off putting and has no logical /obvious pathway to follow when querying prescriptions, regular medications, whether they are repeat ones or not. Maybe it's just teething problems but as family members have had similar issues in recent weeks I do think an tech person needs to look at the it with patient queries in mind and make it clearer. Finally, the receptionists have all been very pleasant and helpful but waiting to get through can take over an hour nowadays....probably as the receptioni are filling in the online access for others who are having difficulties for themselves; first hand experience here!. Plus booking appointments ahead is well nigh impossible on line. I've reverted to calling in the surgery thus joining the queue snaking out the door, as more folks seem to be doing!? From conversations with patients from other Modality surgeries I get the impression that these are similar concerns and dissatisfaction with the provider across Keighley...something that needs addressing...

    every time i try to contact this practice i am left on hold for up to 2 hours can't even get a sick note via patient access i am on the phone and again coming up to 2 hours hold i need the sick note for my benefits disgusting service is not the word

We are currently experiencing increased demand on our telephone lines and our care navigation team has been working very hard to answer calls under the additional pressure.     I have been trying to get copies of my patient summery and clinic letters, reports and test results requested 2/5, 18/5,26/5,& 6/6 I have had no contact with anyone. I'm very unhappy with the service.

    I went to the surgery and changed my details. Great. Got on the kilminy site. OK. Logged in. OK. All I need to do is see someone so I can get repeat prescription service back up. Nope. Don't go out and make a service that confuses. I am now under the West Yorkshire AAA screening and right now but all OK I'm under them. But to book a review of prescriptions it's actually a joke. And no I will not wait on a phone for 2 hours and get told there are no more positions left
