Seen by nurse for annual checkup. I don't always give blood easily, but she was brilliant - no pain and no bruising. Took time to listen and give advice. Look forward to seeing her again in few weeks time.

It’s rare I use the NHS but the recent experience I had was great. The Dr was a great listener and was very understanding about the concerns I had and put the concerns to rest. There was not a massive amount of time spent waiting for my appointment at 2:10, I think I got in around 2:20 and once in was seen promptly and got a referral to hopefully help solve the problems I have been having. Would definitely recommend.

I had an app with nurse who was by far the most compassionate, empathetic & knowledgeable practitioner I have ever seen. The nurse talked me through my procedure, fully explained reasons for this and worst case scenarios. The nurse offered me information I was previously unaware of & the benefits of this treatment, again further emphasising her expert knowledge. I left that appointment reassured my procedure had been completed by an expert in her field, she spent time with me & wasn’t rushing me out as I’ve experienced with other health professionals. This nurse is an absolute credit to the NHS & an example of how specialist nurses should be - kind & considerate & able to demonstrate their years of experience & knowledge. I wound like my feedback to be given directly to this nurse and her line manager for acknowledgment.

Recently visited this health centre and was not unsatisfied with the outcome, suffering with psoriasis for past 12 year and constantly being told cream will help is a joke, I’ve used all I can think of and not one works, quite frankly no one seems interested in helping.

I met a new Nurse to the practice, she was very caring and compassionate and made me feel very comfortable ( I don't like needles ha ha ) The appointment was prompt and the receptionist was warm and welcoming.

I took my elderly mother to see a nurse practitioner on 02.02.2024..the nurse was very knowledgeable and treated my mother with due care and attention..she explained in detail what she thought was the best course of action for my mothers issues..i would recommend this practice to anyone.

Just in for a blood test, fairly routine for me. Nurse was friendly and was running late, I don't ever expect them to run on time,due to the nature of what they do. She was incredibly apologetic for running late. I see the same nurse every time and feel completely at ease when she does any treatment or tests. Changed to this practice a few years back and won't change now due to the way u get treated whilst there.
