Service at this surgery is remarkable and never disappoints. Easy to make face to face appointments using the surgery app. GP knowledgeable and helpful, takes time to listen and answer questions. I feel confident that I mattter and my health is a priority.

Was able to book an appointment with the minimum of waiting time for the GP and the Practise nurse, both very understanding and answered all questions. Followup for tests were done almost immediately.

Recently had to attend practice at short notice, getting an appointment was very swift as it usually is. Needed to revisit for blood test,again making the necessary appointment no problem got seen to very quickly and special mention to nurse who was excellent.

My appointment was with the practice nurse. She was friendly, respectful, and totally professional in her approach. Answered any questions that I had. Also administered my shingles jab. Job done! Five star treatment.

Never have a problem to see the Drs who are helpful including the nurse and receptionists. Have picked up problem with my health I did not know I had

Receptionists are fantastic, super helpful and you never wait long a queue when you call. You almost always get an appointment the same day or worst case the following day. All clinicians are brilliant too. I couldn’t recommend this practice highly enough. A consistent 10/10 experience.

Saw nurse for a routine test she made me feel so at ease and was very patient and talked you through a very good nurse

Felt as though I was inconveniencing the Dr, no feeling of understanding or compassion at all, and on a conveyer belt to get in and out as quickly as possible. Whilst I understand how busy and underfunded the NHS is, there still should be a little bit of compassion given. When requesting help, just directed to the NHS website. I dread having to go!
