Now have a diagnosis for back problem that has been bothering me for 2 years and I should have gone sooner. Gave me excercises, to have a follow up, came out feeling positive.

She was really informative and helpful with suggestions on how to deal with my Knee/back pain. Referred me to the pain management clinic. Telephone appointment made for Monday 20th May

Had my 3 year screening which I am usually really nervous about but the nurse I saw was really calming. She looked at my patient records before hand so she was well informed about me and ask if I had and concerns or questions and walked me through everything and why they do certain things. She was really lovely and made what is usually a very difficult experience for me much more bearable.

Managed to get urgent appointment within 24 hours and after the consultation was referred for urgent tests which was done in local hospital the next day so very quick treatment

Great follow up beggining to really trust this practice.Easy to make an appointment knows about my conditions and I feel able to explain how I am feeling.

Physiotherapist performed many different actions to try figure out what was actually wrong. Gave me some great advice and a list of stretches to do.

My problem is not solved. I think the doctor should have requested some additional testing to confirm his diagnosis. Since I was older, I had quite dangerous symptoms, and the doctor can't determine this only by eye. On the NHS online page it is written that after 40 you can do Health check, but I don't understand why they don't provide me with this?Moreover I have health complaints. Thank you.
