Phoned first thing with bad back. I got an appointment early afternoon. The GP was very pleasant, knowledgeable and his treatment very effective with follow up exercises to do. Can’t fault him.

Saw Nurse today with my daughter and the best help and advice . So efficient at being seen same day and the experience and approach was the best to date . Such a high calibre of professional available on the same day . Thank you .

Really polite/helpful reception staff The GP I saw was interested in why I was there and listened to concerns and explained clinical decision making. Facilities very clean and welcoming

Started to ring at 8 am as advised,didn't get through until 8.50 then was in a cue for another 5 min. Receptionists was very helpful and got an appointment on the same day

I went with an unexplained pain in my abdomen, the GP listened to everything i said and he was very thorough in letting me know what would happen next. Sent for bloods immediately and an appointment booked for the results next week. Couldn’t ask for more but I got more, I got a genuinely caring doctor who even in the short time of the appointment didn’t make me feel rushed or ignored and that makes a huge difference when you aren’t feeling well. Many thanks.

I phoned for an appointment fairly late and luckily there was one left- the receptionist was friendly and polite. I arrived early, the building was warm and clean and I didn’t have to wait too long. I got to see an actual doctor and not just a health practitioner, he was efficient, polite and asked me about my general health as well as my problem. He was very thorough and made referrals regarding my issue and told me he would follow it up when the results arrived.
