Attended an appointment with practice nurse who was very thorough, explained everything put me at ease and gave me the treatment I required and arranged a follow up appointment She was very professional but still caring and kind

My son had his injections and the lady was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable and safe whilst also helping me with my child.

I visited once before about the same reason and the receptionist and doctor was perfect. However, this time around it was a different doctor. He didn’t seem to have much sympathy or patience and didn’t really listen to what I had to say. There was a pharmacist in the room as well at the time so I felt a little bit uncomfortable. I’m sure he had a long day as it was later on in the evening but it made me feel like a burden a little bit.

On this particular day the doctor did have a Pharmacist shadowing his clinic as she is new to the practice and is observing how our clinicians work. The appointment was with the practice nurse, who was very gentle and tried their best to resolve the issue. However, she had to call on the advice of the GP who came into the treatment room. I may as well have been a piece of meat laid on the table! He didn't once address me, soke to the nurse, prodded some metal tweezers into my skin, spoke to the nurse again and left. As a front facing professional myself, I wouldn't dream of treating a person in this way. Very rude and disrespectful.

Didn’t have to wait long to be called in as I was with the baby. Listen what I had to say, properly checked out my baby as she wasn’t really letting but he still checked and referred us where need to be referred.

Same day appointment at my choice of time gp thorough reassuring and empathetic Treatment and prognosis explained and follow up agreed No complaints at all

It was good, nothing went wrong, just felt strange when the implant went in my arm. Theres a sharp sting when the numbing agents went in but it made it easier. If happened fairly quickly, the nurse distracted me very well.

Visited for appointment, doctor was very attentive and explained problems around my condition. Gave practice advice along with good knowledge of information. Best doctor, I’ve seen at this practice. Spent time and showed empathy about problem. Would like this doctor to stay at this surgery.
