From the receptionist to the doctor, very friendly, professional and understanding. The doctor listened, I didn’t feel rushed and came out with medication, and feeling a whole lot better and relieved than when I went in

Just needed a review of some new medication I had tried. I got through 15 mins after phone lines opened and was offered an appointment 2hrs later. The doctor took time to explain all if my options and considered my personal circumstances in helping make a good choice for next steps. Really felt listened to.

I had an appointment at 0900 hrs. I self checked in at 0855 hrs then had a 25 minutes wait to be seen even though there was no other patients.

Doctor explained things very well.I was seen on time.There was no mix up with my prescriptions and pharmacy staff were helpful

Was seen really quickly. Dawn was very thorough and sent me for a chest xray. Would highly recommend this practice. All the staff are lovely and welcoming.

I found the receptionist very friendly and helpful. I saw the nurse on duty who answered all my questions and read through all my results without hurrying me very happy with the care I received.

I was happy with the Doctors treatment but 45 mins late going in she did apologise for the lateness. Staff are generally very helpful

At my appoitment I have been asked all relevant questions, I was given a plan of what needs to be done to help me. I felt that someone finally listened to my problem and wants to help. Very satisfied with this appointment.
