Seen and sorted in the same Day by a lovely Doctor new to me. Didn’t rush and asked lots of questions and helpful advice given for my condition.

I attended an appointment to seek help to manage my ADHD because it was starting to make me feel really sad and make every day life a struggle. I was told to “Write a list” and to “Try harder” by a doctor who has no understanding of neurodivergence. This response is rude and insulting. I left the surgery feeling worse. I’ve struggled ever since but I don’t feel confident seeking help now I know what their attitude towards it is.

Attended with back issues. Was seen by practice nurse and physiotherapist. Both were very helpful and I hope the advice they have given me rectifies my back problems.

Had to attend with a lesion on my back .Was told it could be cancer. Was told to photo them and send them by a link to them. Asked a few days later if they had been received and they looked and said no so sent them again to be told they had been received but the medical practitioner dealing with it was away due to an bereavement. So made another appointment to see a doctor to be told by them that the photos taken by my phone were no good that they had to be taken by a special camera that only one nurse did them and she wouldn't be in until two days later..then the said nurse came through to call a patient..when asked if she could possibly take the photos while i was there was told not possible. I will have been two weeks in this limbo then I have to wait for the photos to be seen by a specialist..could be said I'm not happy.

Phone up and got to see a doctor same day giving me drops for an on going ear infection I have seen a lot of specialist doctors but still haven’t got it sorted out and it’s been going on for quite a number of years now it clears it up and before long it’s back again

Considering the constraints and work load, this surgery performs well. Reception are as helpful as they could possibly be and you know they will do what the can. Pharmacy are also very helpful and avoid you seeing a doctor unnecessarily. On a serious medical issue, I was promised a call back a week earlier, and did not get it, thus the necessity to speak to the doctor. The doctor was his usual helpful self and dealt with it very professionally. I could have been spared the worry, had I received a phone call. Also, once again Oncology at Grimsby do not share any results, necessitating additional time and visits to haematology. The doctor I see, is a really good and helpful doctor, but it seems the pressure of work makes his job difficult.
