Have been able to see my preferred Gp on the last 3 occasion.when phoned at 08.30 took aprox 7 times before the line was free.Receptionists alway polite and friendly.

I attended for my cervical smear which was booked in several weeks ago, there is not enough availability for these appointments for working people as they are only done on certain days/times. Needs to be more availability for appointments of this nature.

We do have a number of appointments available on a Saturday morning, I'm not sure if these were offered to you. I had an incidental finding of hypertension during a recent pre-assessment. Advised to call the GP to obtain an urgent review. I called and received an appointment within a week. I don’t access services too often, however, felt that this was a reasonable wait time and overall good service. Thank you.

I rang around 8.30 am not expecting there to be any appointments left but was pleased to be booked in for 12.45. Was seen. Y the practice nurse who was very friendly and approachable , listened to what was worrying me and arranged tests to check everything . Made me feel much better knowing I would be checked out properly. Although I had every confidence in the practice nurse It would have been even better to have actually been seen by a doctor as I don’t think it is fair for the nurses to have to do the doctors job but that never seems possible these days 🤷♀️

Was waiting a while but the service I got was worth the wait. I was able to explain everything without being rushed and was listened to. I was thoroughly checked over and given plenty of information. Couldn't of asked for better service.
