I was seen on time the nurse was helpful and I felt relaxed I was able to discuss any worries that I might have Avery helpful surgery.

Difficult to speak to a doctor.Have had 2 occasions when asking for phone appointment no one rang me at all.

Phone on the busiest day hoping to get a telephone call from the doctor instead I was given an appointment . The doctor came into the waiting area to collect me and was very welcoming. The doctor listened to me and examined me and I left feeling reassured. Thanks

I found my experience from the call to book the appointment to the end of the appointment very good, the receptionist was very helpful and understanding on the phone and helped find the best fit to my circumstances and fitted me in with the most appropriate person. The appointment was on time, the nurse I saw was approachable, caring and understanding, I found her easy to talk to and was made to feel at ease. I would highly recommend the practise as a whole.

I was given an awful and potentially illegal response to the issues I’m currently having. Left the surgery feeling much worse than when I arrived.

The Dr I saw 6th February was lovely and very thorough, No messing in and out and no long wait. The surgery really was on the ball

I can’t praise this practice enough following my recent visit …. Absolutely amazing staff so polite and professional from my first initial phone call right through to my appointment with the clinician. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt everyone I came across went above and beyond to help me

My recent visit to the surgery went very well. I was able to get an appointment easily. This was after my work, which was excellent for me. Was seen very quickly, and dealt with professionally and has everything explained.
