The nurse was lovely and very informative and helpful with any questions I had. The receptionists were very helpful and nice too.

The physiotherapist was helpful and informative, I felt confident with his treatment. I will follow his exercise plan and buy the appropriate splint. Thank you very much

I saw the Physio re my painful hip. He sent me for blood tests. The day after the results were available I saw Dr who sent me for urgent blood tests,that was yesterday and today I have an appointment with Dr To discuss the results. Absolutely fantastic service!

The nurse I saw was amazing and showed genuine interest and concern. She has time to listen to my problem and the care was personalised. Her personality came through she was caring empathetic and didn't sound like she was reading from a script as I have felt with other doctors. I cannot remember her name but I remember her manner with me me and I told my family and friends about her. At times when the nhs is struggling you need more practioners like her! She treated me with dignity and respect when doing examination on a area of my body that could be embarrassing she put me straight at ease

I find getting an appointment much easier now than this time last year ( it was impossible and frustrating last year )I have had good treatment and advise

I had my little girl's first vaccinations, the lady was very nice to us, especially to my little girl, she was very nice in explaining to us what the vaccines were for that the little girl was going to get, as well as telling us how to behave after if the little girl has a fever, we thank you and we are extremely happy that the little girl did not have a fever and was fine all day. So I am very satisfied

I went for inoculations for holiday the nurse had made the checks before my arrival for what I needed & discussed everything was all set up & ready, I can’t fault the service, I feel very confident with the surgery, I’ve never had any problems with booking appointments or needing treatment even through covid, the staff are all so lovely & weloming, that makes such a difference when u come in with any problems

Receptionist was polite and extremely helpful. Nurse was great with my child, happy and enthusiastic, she explained everything in a way he would understand and gave very good advice.

Saw nurse for yearly review. In for Appointment at given time. Care and consideration given to me and very helpful. Not rushed and able to explain health niggles. Felt much better on leaving due to patience of health carer. Eg. Nurse .
