    In my specific experience, this is by far the worst practice in South London! Today, the managers and administration staff were rude, incompetent and disorganised. Over 30 min wait for the phone to be answered, rambling voice message where the person just loved the sound of his own voice, a receptionist that couldn't communicate in basic English, ordered prescriptions that never get processed, waiting over an hour in the waiting room to be seen by the GP, go to the pharmacy and the GP hadn't sent the prescription through. I have witnessed the admin staff sitting around gossiping about patients. My experience today was that the admin staff were rude and arrogant - it's shocking the way they speak to patients. After what I have experienced, I would not recommend anyone attend this surgery for their safety and well-being.

    Most of the reception staff/admin staff are fantastic and in general very friendly and willing to help despite being very busy and stretched. I have still however had numerous issues / incidents that were very easily preventable mainly caused by what I would consider to be poor communication and organisation.

    The doctor I met today was very considerate, patient and did a very thorough check for the issues I discussed with her. I have to add that the surgery in general right from gp's, doctors, nurses and administrative staff are very considerate and helpful and always listening to the patients medical problems in arranging appointments. I find it difficult to understand why people in general have so many complaints about the NHS services when, with the limited resources available to the NHS, I can only appreciate and indeed praise the services that the NHS is providing to the whole nation. my only explanation is that the public seems to be so spoiled in demanding more and more regardless what they receive! Please allow me to thank the doctor I had my medical appointment today and also extend my thanks to my gp and all the doctors, nurses and Administrative staff at the practice. If I were to score the services of Morden Hall Medical Centre practice, I will not be able to put at any level below good....

    had an appointment today for my son, called this morning and got appointment same day, great doctor, after a problem with the prescription they went out of their way to make sure i managed to get the correct medication. in general i always manage to get an appointment or phone call with a doctor on the same day i call.

    it is a disappointment how the GP services are being run at your surgery. You ask us to go to the pharmacist first before calling for an appointment and I have done it with my daughter! the pharmacist had a look at my daughter and told us that she needs to see a doctor, I called the GP services for an appointment instead the receptionist has booked  a consultation phone call with the doctor, if the pharmacist has told us that my daughter needs to see a doctor what in the world a telephone consultation is going to do? This a waste of TAXpayers money that what it is!

    Been trying to actually see a gp for over a year now. Been told at a future health assessment need to see a gp asap as my cholesterol high. I phoned this morning and have only been offered a call back next Monday! I have a heart condition as well. I'm over 65 and considered by other people vulnerable but obviously not by this practice
