    This is my 2nd steroid knee injection and it really helped me alot, I'm no longer taking pain killers often. My GP was the one who recommended this treatment to me and conveniently the procedure is carried out at the practice

    The assistant and Doctor were Amazing , this was my second minor surgery of a pillar cyst removal, they made me feel very comfortable constantly checked on me. Removed the cyst perfectly, the whole procedure was pain free. The cysts were really causing me discomfort so I am grateful for this service at my gp.

    Very nervous when I attended but my doctor put me at ease with reassurance. Procedure went smoothly and I was kept informed of everything that was taking place. Very happy with care and service

    Hardly had to wait and was seen very gently and professionally by the GP. The injection seems to be helping hope this lasts

    Every time you call, you are in the queue for over an hour Even when you call first thing when they open. Always only one person answering the phone. Then when you get through appointments are all gone!! Been like this for years now I’m going elsewhere You will die if you rely on this surgery for any help

We have a number of Patient Care Administrators answering the phones each morning; to avoid queuing on the phone you can also use the online access (Patient Access) where you can book an appointment online without having to call up. It would be helpful if you could arrange a mutual time to speak to the Practice Manager/Deputy Practice Manager so that we can look into your concerns and make improvements where we can.     I received minor surgery at the practice and found the experience to be of a high standard. It's something I would have expected to have to go hospital for so it was nice to receive the service locally.

    So after calling this morning at 8:02 I’m left hanging on the phone for over 90 minutes only to be told there’s no appointments and I can’t be accommodated until next week. Bearing in mind this is after I was on hold yesterday morning but gave up after waiting too long. To make matters worse there was zero empathy or compassion from the person on the phone and even when I asked for an email address where I could raise my concerns I was simply told to go and get it from the website. I couldn’t believe it!!! 90 minutes waiting and you couldn’t be bothered to read me an email address. Just great!!!!
