    They ware late for my appointment for almost 2hors, when I asked them to explain me the situation they told me is emergency and no mor info, when I told them my situation is emergency and I’m waiting one week for this appointment, they told me to go to AandE or rebook the appointment. They are doing what ever they want. very bad behavior.
