I had a flu jab by the nurse - planned appointment made as a result of notification and self booking so easy access for this appointment - I couldn’t however regardless that I was there in person make a Gp appointment until Friday where I then have to ring up - which was less helpful

Arrived at 8.10 for an 8.30 appt. Lengthy queue with people mainly trying to get appointments, receptionist did very well dealing with people haggling for appt. slots. Finally booked in at 8.35. Not impressed with the system.

The flu vaccine morning was very well arranged and little time was wasted waiting. The Doctors and nurses are very good and easy to talk to. I would like my history to be available to me.

I was contacted by the practice by text for my flu jab giving me a date and time. When I attended there were plenty of staff to advise and guide me and no long queues. The actual vaccination was quick and efficient

I went for flu jab yesterday and it was so quick and easy. No queue and the whole experience took place in less than two minutes.

Getting my glue jab was quick and organised well I was taken in my details checked and verified then injection performed with no pain or discomfort

The care provided during doctor appointment excellent - the ability to see doctor in person so helpful - allaying any anxiety and concerns when asking questions - more confident going forward managing my condition -
