Went for my flu injection at 8.20am had my injection and out at 8.30am excellent service spoke to receptionist on another matter she was very polite and helpful many thanks

Last year I recall arguments arising between reception staff and patients. It was very upsetting and I nearly left the practice after being a patient for 60 years. This year, the flu jab was well organised and very quick service. Well done staff.

Well organised for Flu Injections. Easy to book appointment on line . On the day there was no queuing and plenty of staff on duty

I move to this practice a few years ago after my previous GP retired. The staff are all friendly and courteous, and I can usually make an appointment quickly at a time which suits me. I’ve seen several of the staff here over the years and I feel they treat me as an equal partner in my health and care, presenting treatment options and ensuring the decision is mine.

I had my yearly flu jab a couple of days ago, on a Saturday morning, at the Moseley Avenue surgery and I was most impressed with the way it was organised. Large numbers of people were able to have their jabs in a very short space of time. Very well organised, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This surgery has always moved with the times and the organization of the flue jabs was no different. The rapid conveyor method worked wonders and was very efficient literally 3 minutes from walking in to having the jab. This is a model many other surgeries could follow

Staff very friendly, I arrived early and was pleasantly pleased when I was seen early. I was home before my appointment time.
