Walked into surgery with a serious issue requesting docs appointment. As they are quite busy i was given an appointment for approximately 11 days after initial request was made. Waited. Eventually was told three days before appointment that consultation would be over the telephone. As I was in a bad way I went hospital instead. Receptionist was asked if any more appointments become available before scheduled date of I could be considered as it was quite urgent. Was told unequivocally that this could be arranged. Nothing was arranged of course as this was an empty promise. Never had any problems with this surgery ever. Thus is the first time and I was left so disappointed that I had to leave a review. Really disappointed with the service provided.

The staff are friendly and always polite with a happy to help attitude. I’ve not been with this particular practice for very long but I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable surgery.

The only negative to this practice is getting through on the phone to get an appointment, which I think is a wider problem with the nhs at the moment. Once the appointment is made, the care is excellent. Every doctor and nurse at the practice has a very professional, thorough, timely and caring approach to any medical issues I have presented with.

Reception staff work hard and are very polite. My appointment was with a nurse at the practice for a general health check, she was friendly, polite and very efficient. Very impressed with the surgery as a whole.

I had an cholesterol blood test done. First time meeting the nurse, she was very friendly and helpful. I felt I was listened to,and was given good advice.

Staff are lovely and very friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctors I’ve seen have all been good, especially the doctor I’m seeing at the moment she is amazing. Sometimes hard to get an appointment but that’s the same everywhere.

Went for a smear test. Though it was my first time and I was quite nervous, staff were really helpful and friendly which made it easier on me
