Everytime I have an appointment it is never on time or even close. Not sure why we have to wait an additional 40 minutes plus. When you are ill this is the last thing that you want to happen

The problem here is getting to see a doctor. Ring at 8 and they're all gone, but patients not told that appointments are available pm. and only released 12.30. Reception staff unsympathetic and sometimes obstructive.

Face to face appointment with Dr S Hall. Good advice, good listener. Took time over consultation. An excellent GP.

I have been with this surgery for over 25 years and it has always been amazing and despite the challenges that the Pandemic has bought they have continued to be there for me and my family when I need them. The receptionists are professional and friendly 'under fire' and have always gone out of their way to find solutions. I will never move!

Saw my GP on Monday May 22nd. Listens takes everything, which is always reassuring. Always takes the appropriate actions whether that be referral or investigation.. I feel fortunate to have such a considerate but professional GP who provides a fantastic service and is an asset to the surgery . They give time and patience and understanding . You definatrly feel well looked after.

Moseley Ave Surgery is a real credit to the NHS. If you’re in trouble and need medical help. Reception will sort it quickly and efficiently. Very recently I needed help and reception just advised me to go home and await a call from a doctor within the next three hours. 1/2 an hour later I received the call. Can’t be bad can it!!! I’ve been Type 1 Diabetic for a number of years with this Moseley Ave surgery. They have always looked after me when I’m in trouble. Sometimes my own fault. They really are Magic.
