I only told to contact the school and asked for the help. Then, I should search the mentioned website to know more by myself. Finally, I needed to ask the receptionist to get the email address and send back the medical records for further information. I felt they were very busy and overwhelmed that we finished our appointment.

I went to the doctor's about a couple of things. She took me through it step by step such that it took away some worries. That's what a good GP service is about.

Not easy to get an appointment. Most of the receptionist are very helpful, but the young lady is very unhelpful, quite surely. Does not even acknowledge when you speak to her. She seems like everything is too much trouble. I think some training in customer service would not go amiss. Also it is impossible to get an appointment by phone.

I phoned for an appointment and received one for that day. The Dr that I saw was fantastic, understanding, and very professional. The only thing that I would like to disagree with was how loud the music was in the waiting room. It made it hard to hear your name being called

I find that I can usually get an appointment when I need one, and there have been occasions when my children have been given appointments at very short notice. The reception staff are helpful and polite under pressure. I have found the majority of doctors at this surgery to be genuinely interested and caring. I particularly like that there are a lot of lovely, highly skilled female gp’s at this surgery - At my previous surgery it was very difficult to see a female doctor. This surgery is a good one and operates well despite the current situation regarding gp’s and the NHS etc.

This was carried out with scare and listened to my concerns The nurse was helpful and kind The reception staff could be a bit more helpful and not more interested in their mobiles

All staff friendly, polite and helpful. Got appointment on day. GP excellent- always listens carefully, explains everything clearly, I have complete confidence in care and advice given.

It was good to have a face to face with the Nurse and discuss my health and my injury. She answered many questions and me some advice going forward on my recovery.
