Reception was efficient and polite. I was seen at 08:10 promptly. The doctor made good eye contact, listen to me and addressed my concerns further information is being sought via a letter to a specialist who would advise on any follow-up action to be taken. I have another appointment in four weeks to discuss initial thoughts.

My daughter had a contraceptive pill check with a nurse who was absolutely brilliant and explained some things that we were unsure of and gave us some good advice

My first time visiting the surgery in a long time and thankfully I can say they had a good performance. From the receptionist to the doctor they were very helpful and informative. Not to mention quick which in this climate is quite unusual. Thank you guys and I have already converted my family members as well. All the best

I cannot find fault with the GP’s and Nursing Team within this practice. After a poor experience with why previous GP surgery I asked for recommendations for a surgery I could move to and had several for Moseley surgery - they were not wrong. Compassionate, understanding and holistic are the top words I would use. We don’t often get thanks working in healthcare especially with increasing demands and reduced resources. So this is a huge ‘Thank you’ to Moseley Avenue Surgery

All of the staff are very lovely and helpful and I trust the gp’s 100% The phone call appointments are very thorough and have helped me out a lot with certain health problems. This service is a brilliant addition to the practice.

This time I called was due to my child, the receptionist let me explain the issue & got me a call back. The Dr was lovely, explained the issue/ options, gave me reasurrance and what to look out for and then reminded me at the end, if I was concerned at any time just call back & explain to reception & they would get a face to face booked in.

I have many medical issues, and I am someone who is reluctant to keep going to the doctors. Last week I had an appointment with the surgeries own physio. She was very thorough and caring. She noticed some problems and booked me a doctors appointment the same day. The physio also referred me to the hospital physiotherapy department that day. I had my appointment with the doctor that afternoon. The doctor was very friendly and really seemed concerned they ordered an x-rays and blood tests for me. All this leaves me hopeful that they will find out what the problems are and help me.

I saw a nurse for a blood test to check on my anti coagulation medication yesterday . I also had my blood pressure checked. I was very satisfied with the whole procedure.
