Received a msg to say to come and have blood screening done. Saw a fantastic nurse. Booked to see a doctor after results received. Had a good chat about what I should be doing. Satisfied

The receptionist was nice to book me in for the next day appointment. The waiting time was fast. And finally the doctor was professional and helpful during my appointment with him. I am very much appreciated with their services.

We have been at Mulgrave practice and have had excellent service. Sometimes it is a little difficult to see a particular doctor but all the GP's provide great care. I recently found two lumps and rang the surgery and was seen by a Doctor the same day. Excellent service from the receptionist to the GP. Thank you.

An engaging session with a positive dialogue. At no time did I feel rushed. I left feeling that all my concerns had been thoughtfully and competently dealt with and with a clear treatment plan.

Main advantage is that the surgery is close by. The main distadvantages I have experienced are up to 3 weeks delays in seeing my GP. On arrival check-in machine was not switched on causing delays. Clercical/Admin errors with my urine samples twice not being sent. Errors in my personal details (i.e. wrong address).

With regards to appointments - our online triage system - Accurx is available to contact the Practice on our website and on the NHS App; you can also book appointments online or contact the Practice on the day - and can choose an option for a call back instead of waiting in the queue. We are always reviewing our services; and patient access to the Practice and continue to provide patients with different options. Furthermore, regarding admin errors - we will review our procedures again, and will put some actions in place to ensure that these issues are addressed - and do not happen again in the future. The online triage system worked well. The response time was very prompt and it was much easier to see a doctor compared to using the telephone route.

I was a patient at this surgery when you could call and get an appointment within 2/3 days. Now ones has to call at 8.30am on the dot to be told one is 13th in line. Half an hour later your call is answered and you may or may not get an appointment. Once upon a time the waiting room would be full of patient who would be called to see a doctor. On my recent visit I was the only waiting patient and still waited 30 mind after my appointment time to see the one doctor who appeared to be working. At the same time there were 4 chattering women in the office. I was eventually seen and given an appointment for a blood test 14 days later. 2 days later this was cancelled by text message and I was asked to call the surgery who advised me that the next available date was 22 days later and I was told to re- book the test at St Helier.This is with out doubt the worst organisation that I have to deal with. They are a disgrace

Firstly, Doctors aim to see patients for their scheduled appointment times; we are sorry that you had to wait 30 minutes for your appointment (and was not informed of the wait time). Furthermore, unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances; we have to cancel scheduled patient appointments - this might be due to staff sickness (in this instance). We try as much as we can to book patients into the next available appointment. We will ensure that we contact patients by phone before cancelling appointments in the future. We also want to ensure you that our staff (both clinical and administrators); are always here to provide a high quality service to our patients. Yesterday I requested a Home Visit via Mulgrave Road surgery. After talking to a doctor this was given and an hour later a member of the Home Visiting team arrived. She was so approachable and caring and I was able to fully explain my problems. I was then given an amazingly thorough check up which included every test imaginable and photos were taken of the afflicted area. Throughout I was able to ask questions and discuss why the test were being done and what the results would mean. This visit lasted almost an hour therefore it was calm and unhurried. After this a full report was sent to Mulgrave Road surgery and subsequently a doctor telephoned to tell me the outcome and that antibiotics had been ordered that would be delivered. Also the doctor has requested a visit from District Nurses towards the end of the week to ensure the medication is working correctly. Throughout this process I felt cared for, listened to and valued. Nothing was too much trouble for the surgery/doctor and this calmed my anxiety and worries. I cannot praise highly enough the care I received. Also I really value the fact that my treatment is being followed up to ensure it is working effectively. Thank you Mulgrave Road for such amazing care and treatment.
