Staff Re lovely . On arrival at tbe surgery .no one to meet you .wondering about looking for staff .eventually found staff to give injection in room . Efficient. The whole surgery now is .u can't get an appointment .no doctors . End up going to alternative help . Order medication on time .tend to run out 3 days then have to ring to ask were it is . Then arrives next day . Thinking of moving doctors to a surgery that I can get an an appointment at yo see someone

Review titled Poor practice
Rated 3 stars out of 5

Although the flu jab clinic was excellent early on in the day, the practice has gone downhill dramatically. It used to be a good practice but since Lakeside took over it is poor. Not the quality of the Dr's or most staff, but you cannot get appointments, Stanground surgery is but almost forgotten, Doctrin, the online system is offline alit, you can only access this between 8 - 10am currently. What a shame & what a shambles.

Review titled Flu Jab
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Helen Hall - Posted on 12 October 2023
On this particular occasion, to receive my flu jab, the service was good. Easy to make the appointment, quick efficient service at the surgery. Sadly, not always the case nowadays.

Review titled Disappointed Patient
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Angela Hibbert - Posted on 13 October 2023
I did not enjoy the experience. I was invited by the practice for a flu jab but was questioned as to why I was there. I was asked about my medication to try and ascertain if I was entitled to a jab. I would welcome some feedback as to what action has been taken. The nurse was looking at my records and I told her I had Parkinsons. In my mind the fact I have Parkinsons should be highlighted on my records. I view this as a training opportunity for the nurse as her attitude was not showing the practice in its best light.

Review titled Well organised
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Had my flu vaccination and everything was well prepared, friendly staff, minimal queuing. This review says I must leave a minimum of a hundred characters which is pretty dumb to enforce!!

Review titled A little chaotic and somewhat patronising!
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Susan Hadfield - Posted on 12 October 2023
To begin with, I was told that my name wasn’t popping up on The screen to allow me to have the flu vaccination. I explained that I had been called by the surgery a few days previously inviting me to make an appointment for my seasonal flu vaccination. I was then told that just because the surgery had called me, this did not mean that I was entitled to a flu vaccination. I found this statement to be rather pointless and felt that I was being patronised! why would the surgery call me and invite me to book an appointment for a flu vaccination if I wasn’t entitled to one? I was shown into another room and received my flu jab. Due to it seeming not to be clear as to whether or not, I should be entitled to the flu vaccination, plus the feeling that I had been patronised, I found the experience a little stressful.
