  1. Review titled Flu jab

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 08 November 2023

Had my flu jab which was quick and easy. In and out without any fuss. Limited slots left even though I rang as soon as it was possible. Would have been good if they also offered Covid jabs as well as it meant going to two different places.

  2. Review titled Excellent Experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I couldn't of wished for a better experience. I walked in, was greeted by a lovely, friendly lady. I was shown straight through to a room where I received my jab. The man was friendly and kind. The jab was completely painless. I was shown out by another lovely lady.

The experience was friendly, quick with no wait in fact they were waiting for people to come in. One way system in and out as used in previous years worked well again.

  5. Review titled Very helpful in the end

Rated 4 stars out of 5

After spending the whole of yesterday continuously ringing the surgery since 8am I was being told every single time the queue was full so I couldn’t even hold the line to speak to someone. Eventually got through at 4pm but of course was then too late to see anyone and they told me they couldn’t book me an appointment or phone call for tomorrow I would have to do the whole process again! Luckily, the next day I did exactly the same thing but this time managed to get in the queue at 8am and spoke to someone at 8:20am. They gave me an appointment for my 8 month old at 9:15am. The doctor was very kind and helpful. Put my concerns at ease and was able to tell me what next steps would be if she didn’t improve.

  6. Review titled Excellent

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I don't understand the reviews I've read on this surgery before. It's excellent! I was in, jabbed and home before my appointment time had even started! As for business as usual, it's great. They're super helpful and so kind. I would 100% recommend!

  8. Review titled Speedy treatment

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 04 October 2023

As I was feeling very unwell a friend contacted the surgery for me, within 10 minutes a doctor had rung back, asked me into the surgery for examination and diagnosed what was wrong and prescribed antibiotics which I collected from the pharmacy next door. From start to finish, from initial telephone call to arriving back home it all took just 1 hour. I couldn't have asked for better or speedier treatment.

Attended the surgery for my flu jab which was quickly and efficiently done without queuing. There is not anything else I can say but I have to get to three hundred characters before this review is approved.
