Met at door by member of staff and told to join queue 4 people ahead of me. Within 2 minutes I was directed to room where I received my flu jab.. No problems at all.

I was first contacted about when I wanted a flu jab. I replied I did and selected the date. On the day everything went smoothly. I was seen promptly and there were no issues and there were no after effects.

Very quick and professional, excellent service unlike previous flu/Covid jab when the queue was 50 yards long and the waiting time unacceptable

Review titled Quick service
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Karina Wilkinson - Posted on 18 October 2023
Well organised for the Flu jab. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. It’s a shame the covid vaccine was not also on offer, at the surgery, for the older patients. This would have saved us the hassle of trying to find local locations that were offering this service. Instead, I found it very stressful, as there was nowhere in whittlesey and 119 were a complete waste of time, as they were constantly engaged. In the end, a very helpful lady from the stanground surgery made me and my disabled husband, an appointment with Boots Chemist in Hampton. Maybe Queen Street surgery can give their elderly patients, a bit of thought next time????
