Really hard to get an appointment. Had steroid injection and the doctor doing the injection was amazing. Put me at ease and gave me all the information I needed.

  4. Review titled Correct diagnosis

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Matthew John - Posted on 23 December 2024

I was seen by Doctor S who carefully listed to all of my symptoms. Dr S asked about my previous illness which led her to my prognosis. It was absolutely marvellous to see her careful approach and excellent listening skills. Doctor S meticulously scanned with fine observation of my recorded blood pressure results and concluded with her prognosis. Doctor S went one step further and was even better when I finally stated other things that I had noticed regarding my illness which other doctors took no real notice off. The best part of my medical assessment was when she quoted “ I’ll eat my hat if I’m worng@, and sure enough, she wasn’t. Big shout out to Doctor S please keep up the good work that you do. God bless.

  5. Review titled Great experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Rang as soon as they opened for an appointment for my daughter, was told I would get a call back from a doctor and I did at 9:30am. Then I was given a face to face appointment for the same day for the doctor to see my daughter. When we got there we didn’t have to wait long! The doctor was brilliant with my daughter and was very reassuring, making sure he was definitely happy with her before we went and what to do next. We don’t usually need go doctors often as a family, but every time I ring I am ment with very helpful receptionist who always gets us to the correct person we need for treatment, and as soon as possible too.

It was lovely to see a doctor who listened and really tried to work out a solution to my illness instead of just give pills and hope for the best. Thankyou Dr Dhanusan

Rated 4 stars out of 5

It was such a relief to hear the Doctors listen to all of my symptoms, observed my evidence supplied, look at my health history and then finally making the connection which overall was absolutely correct.

I was treated with the upmost respect and the doctor was extremely thorough. The only problem I have was getting the appointment from Stanground surgery. Once I was at the Whittlesey practice every thing was good, thank you Dr. Scott

Contacted the Surgery after hours yesterday; they responded kindly and efficiently within 24 hours. Guidance provided, prescription authorised, action plan in place. The GP makes it feel like we’re part of a team, which is both refreshing and dignifying.
