Review titled Flu COVID Vaccinations
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Good service on this particular issue. I was due to have my vaccinations in two weeks time, however I received a telephone call to ask if I would like to come in earlier. This suited my needs much better.

I didn't have to wait at all for my jabs. Very efficient. Staff are friendly. I do find it better to speak in person than on the phone.

I attended for my flu vaccination and was offered a Covid booster as well. I explained that I had booked for that but the nurse said I could cancel the one for Stanground pharmacy. So much easier to have them both done together thank you

This has to be the best experience I've had at new queen street surgery in a very very long time. Went straight in explained I work in the NHS sector and was offered my COVID vaccine as well which I accepted. I was not however given any advice on any side affects I might experience which I thought was bad practice. It was very quiet therefore time could have been taken to do this

Today I rang in the afternoon about my 4 month having a bad cough, I got a call back within an hour and an appointment half an hour after that, thankyou so much for seeing my baby so quickly and for the great service I received in the appointment by the male doctor, he explained everything so clearly and gave me some good advice. He was caring and gentle with my baby and listened to what I had to say. Thanks again for such a speedy great service it’s much appreciated
