Good experience with my local drs practice receptionist have a kind and quick approach to patients telephone appointments and online booking and being replied to is good service to me and telephone appointments been very helpful recently .

Push notification to book a Flu Jab was great. I phoned once and met with highly busy, ineffective phone system and gave up. Received another reminder to book, so called again and managed to book a time for flu vaccine. Very efficient on the day, which leads me to believe pre-booking appts totally unnecessary and stress inducing. Very pleased with speed (early in season) at which I've received the flu vaccine and efficiency on the day.

Literally walked straight in, was directed into a room, had the jab and walked out. It took less than a minute. Wish it was like this to see a doctor.

Very quick and efficient. Always polite and helpful. Didn’t have to wait in a queue. Went straight in no problems with the fly jab. I have never had any problems getting an appointment if I have needed one.

The arrangements for the flu jab were excellent. I received a message in the morning, walked to the surgery and had my jab straight away only being in the surgery for a couple of minutes. A bit different when trying to make a general appointment as this can take literally hours on the phone only to find no appointments that day.

I was anxious but to be honest there was no need, all went so well. When I arrived there was a long queue, but when the surgery opened the doors it went so quickly and smoothly, it was Brilliant, very helpful staff and the Doctor who administered my flu jab was the best I have ever had, I never felt a thing, and so did the lady after me, she was the same as she had a fear of needles but was very pleased like me as the Doctor was excellent, so all in all, it went very well and very speedy. A couple of minutes, when I was expecting it to take at least a few hours, so thank you very much to all the staff and Doctors, I got my flu jab super fast no pain and met some lovely people in the queue. Get your it really helps. Many Thank NHS .

This years flu jab clinic was extremely well organised and everyone from booking to administering the flu jab were extremely helpful and professional.

practically impossible to see a doctor ; in my case I was on the phone (going in person is not permitted) for 6 days in row to not avail. Evev calling 111 did not change anything.
