  1. Review titled Good treatment - admin less so.

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I was given the flu and COVID jabs opportunistically, when I attended the surgery for another purpose entirely. Good use of resources!! Trying to get or cancel an appointment at New Queen Street is very hit and miss.

The phone system is awful, you have to listen to a whole litany of announcements before any options can be chosen. I timed it it’s about 3 and a half minute's of announcements! Once through an appointment was made and the appointment went well no complaints,

Easy and quick, well organised for getting these jabs. Just now need to try and match it when trying to see a doctor. On a matter of procedure when completing this review I received a verification code containg a 0. The system should not use these as they can be confused with a letter O in alpha numeric codes

Only had flu jab so it was quick and easy . If I wanted an appointment with a GP for anything else I would struggle to get one

  9. Review titled Great service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Had my Copd review and was asked about flu vaccination. Told the nurse already booked to have it. Was told doctors doing jabs today might be able to get yours. Spoke to Gp, all okay but not only had flu vaccine but Covid booster as well. Brilliant thanks

Having had numerous flu jabs and coronavirus jabs, I can say that this year's flu jab didn't hurt but the coronations jab had me sleeping most of Sunday with a sore arm.
