As always the flu vaccine days are very well run, which a well thought out routine. Which makes for a very quick process. But also ensuring the correct procedures are applied. Very professional

  2. Review titled Flu jab

Was a swift in and out job, however, the vaccine was put in my shoulder rather than my arm, and it was really sore. I get a jab every year, and yet never felt that soreness before.

Always had 1st class service. Went to pick up pills and got advised to go and do BP check. Handed to reception and got told to sit down for 20min min. Took again and said OK to go now. BP was high. Always on the ball. Prescriptions Always ready. Can honestly say that prob wouldn't be here now without them. Big thank.

  5. Review titled Excellent Practice

Rated 4 stars out of 5

The information regarding invitations to the vaccination clinic were clear. The only drawback I calling to confirm attendance. This took a few days to get through. On the day the instructions were given clearly by members of the surgery and volunteers . The medical staff confirmed a summary of my medical history for the reason to have the vaccine. I confirmed this with my personal details before being treated. The waiting time was short as I was given a timeslot to attend.

  6. Review titled Good service

Rated 4 stars out of 5

When I had my flu jab I was outside in a long queue thinking it would take ages. But once the door’s opened, there were lots of nurses in different rooms giving the jab! It was so quick and easy. In and out like a flash. No hanging around, which was nice as it was a Saturday morning after all. Lynn

Allways helpful and with a smile. All my interactions with the surgery have been positive ones. Really efficient, text messaging works well, website is easy to navigate. I have used Doctrine several times, better than waiting on the phone. I use system on line to order my tablets. Very happy with the services provided.

  9. Review titled Flu jab

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Had my flu jab which was quick and easy. In and out without any fuss. Limited slots left even though I rang as soon as it was possible. Would have been good if they also offered Covid jabs as well as it meant going to two different places.

  10. Review titled Excellent Experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I couldn't of wished for a better experience. I walked in, was greeted by a lovely, friendly lady. I was shown straight through to a room where I received my jab. The man was friendly and kind. The jab was completely painless. I was shown out by another lovely lady.
