    sent a letter to make appointment asap for my chrinic illness, rang up to make one and was told none for three weeks and to call back then but may not get one then either, the girl didnt seem to care less either way , what was the point of sending me the letter when i cant even get in to see anyone, seems pretty rediculous . obviously too many patients in your surgery

    Dear Mr Dawes, We are so sorry you have experienced this service from our Practice we do apologise, We recall our Patients in Birthday Months for Long Term conditions or unless the Clinician has asked to see a Patient sooner, we have encountered some staffing issues over the last few months due to peak holiday periods and sickness, the Management Team have been working looking at capacity and demand and as a result are investing in more Clinical Team members so you should see more availability in appointment offering.     No appointments taken over the phone. Medication ordered on line not received after 1 week .Receptionist not helpful at all.Changing to another practice.

    Visited surgery today, reception team very helpful and efficient. Used new Alliancecare service very impressed and delighted at how quick you get to see a GP. Overall very happy

    Kept calling their line regardless of how long i had to wait before they picked and for everytime they pick my call and hear me speak, they end the call.

    Attended the surgery and had previously struggled with the new online system. Reception staff member took time to take me through the process and now o can use this without problem. It is fast and efficient. Thank you to the staff member for going the extra mile. Very impressed.

    The service I have received received from the surgery today ( reception staff and ANP) has been outstanding and I am very happy with my care. I also was in 2 weeks ago and again had fabulous service .

    I have been a patient for many years, and over the years you have had some excellent GP's. I just wanted to let you know that new GP, is worth his weight in gold. Please do whatever it takes to keep him as he is an asset to the surgery and the NHS in general. he is thorough, listens, remembers you when you go for follow up, he did his own bloods on me last time I was there instead of having to faff about making a separate appointment, no GP has ever don that. It's brilliant. The messaging system where he can text a message and it allows me to reply is brilliant to.

    After waiting over and hour to make an appointment for an unwell 3 year old I was told to call back the next day. After waiting in a queue at 08:00 am I was then told emergency appointments don’t exist now and a form needs completing. This is the third or fourth time I have called and received unhelpful, rude and unprofessional attitude from the receptionist. As I can see from reviews I am definitely not the only one to receive this service from the receptionist. This needs addressing before they lose another family from the practice as my family and I will certainly be leaving.

    Seen the consultant in may who wrote to this GP asking for a medicine to be added. Seen another consultant today in same department and asked if I had been taking the said medicine and it’s should have been prescribed a month ago by the GP. It hasn’t and it’s effecting my condition. It’s terrible service. I have a serious illness and things like this certainly do not help.

    Dear Patient Thank you for your review. I have investigated your concerns. The practice received a letter dated 22nd June 2023 into our surgery on 8th June 2023. The medication was added and issued on 13th June 2023. There was no delay from receipt to processing and issuing your medication. The type of medication you were prescribed is also available to purchase over the counter from the local pharmacy.
