Waste of time joining this surgery , had nothing but trouble since joining last year . Can’t ever get an appointment , the GPs are fine ,,it’s the practice in general that’s the problem . telephone lines are completely jammed with same recorded excuses . Receptionist was rude today , told me to join another GP practice if I wasn’t happy . For some reason my repeat prescription wasn’t renewed . I Was told I needed to see a GP in 2 weeks and would need to ring back tomorrow to make an appointment. I asked what about the meds I need now and why did I need to ring back tomorrow but was told tough as It wasn’t there fault my meds were cancelled . Rude staff telling me I mustn’t of been taking my tablets so they will of been cancelled . I stressed I had been taking my meds every single day without fail ! Still No help whatsoever. I only want my repeat prescription renewing so why do I need to see my GP , No wonder they are really busy

I could not thank the Nurse Practitioner enough as my life has been changed around after the Advanced Nurse Practitioner saw me for what I thought was perimenopausal symptoms in June . After investigations and I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic . I now feels great , now on medication my symptoms have all resolved and I am very motivated and if she has been given the HRT she wanted she would still not know she was diabetic ! Thank you

We would like to thank the Advanced Nurse Practitioner for her support in arranging a kidney scan. This revealed a cancerous tumour. Family and patient very grateful for ANP's care and persistence.
