I booked an appointment to see the doctor at 2.30 pm on getting to the appointment. It was a long queue after about 8 minutes of waiting. I uwas attended to by the reception, the reception was trying to check me in, and then the PA that was supposed to attend to my medical needs declined to see me and the reception tried all the best emailed the PA in my present and no response at 2.42pm the reception print out want note the PA left on my page state missed an appointment, when I'm right there at the surgery and the reception. Can you imagine, the PA was not seeing anyone at moment just declined the appointment negligence and unprofessional conduct. I was really in serious pain that can lead to life treating. I sat for 40 minutes and thought I would be seen, but the appointment was ignored. Bad practice and negligence.

Review titled No complains about people but awful website
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Eric Santa Menargues - Posted on 21 March 2025
How can it be that I cannot send a message to my doctor past 4pm on a Friday? Has anyone thought of the possibility of allowing this? doctors don't need to reply instantly, but they can see it when they get back to their seat on Monday? The website is not very useful. For example, I can't find a simple way of asking for my test results. First I got a SMS saying my liver markers were high, then another one sending my blood test results were all fine. Can I please just see the report with a clear message from my doctor? Thank you

Review titled Hugely supportive GP
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Malgo - Posted on 06 April 2025
I had an accident in February 2025, which resulted in a head injury and concussion. Despite visiting A&E at St Thomas Hospital, my head scan has not been taken. By complete coincidence, I had a booked appointment with my GP for another case the day after the accident. The doctor, seeing my condition, immediately referred me for a head scan and many other tests. In addition, when my condition worsened in the following days, the doctor responded very dynamically and quickly by referring me for further tests, which resulted in many of them being performed on the same day, making a significant difference to the course of my treatment. The doctor also regularly chased my test results and immediately connected me with specialists. This doctor is a great listener. I was met with remarkable empathy, responsiveness and efficient communication from my GP. I am grateful for her quick responses and understanding of the seriousness of my condition. Sometimes, a doctor's phone call asking, ‘How are you feeling?’ when we need it most is invaluable, impacting the course of treatment and giving the patient a sense of safety and care.

Review titled Amazing practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I contact the practice regularly on behalf of my 97 year old mother and I have always found all the staff very helpful. My mother receives home visits from paramedics and doctors when needed and regular phone calls to check how she is. I am also kept informed, with her permission, which is very helpful. I can’t say enough how grateful we are.

Review titled Great Doctor
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Recently I have been seen by Dr Dutton, she has listened to me as a patient and a person, Dr Dutton has arranged tests that I needed and has followed them up as she promised, since being treated at the practice recently I feel as if they care about my health and I’m being well looked after, Today Dr Dutton called me to discuss some recent test results, was very caring with telephone manner, when I spoke to her of a health concern she immediately made an appointment for me to see medical person who was qualified to see and treat me for the condition. I would like to say thank you to all practice staff and a special big thank you to Dr Dutton

Review titled Avoid - particularly if your child has a disability
Rated 1 star out of 5

We had been trying to get my son, who has a disablity, an appointment for months. This proved futile, even with a local NHS team intervening on our behalf. We have had to register with another surgery, and am hoping they will be professional, aware of their contractual obligations, and Equalities legislation, unlike this awful practice. Steer clear!

Review titled Reception
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I popped in today to follow up on some test results, I have to say that the receptionist there was so kind and patient, not just with me, I also observed how she was with others too, and midst juggling a number of people approaching her at the same time and being vigilant with some unexpected activity further up the street, clearly focused on safety and wellbeing throughout. Really appreciated her kindness and help. Many thanks

I attended Princess street and was seen by Dr Zoya Rashid. I must say that she was very professional and took her time to examine me, paying lots of attention to detail. Thank you so much Dr Zoya Rashid

Was in awe of the staff in reception who showed unusual, sincere respect and kindness for the (sometimes difficult) patients who approached them.
