Review titled You're never seen
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 07 August 2023
I know NHS has problems but this GP is just the worse, there is no way you get an appointment. I've been trying for weeks. You finally get through on the phone to be told there's no available appointments. Sometimes receptionists ask you reasons for call, you have to tell them private and uncomfortable things cose you think they may help. Wrong. They will just tell you to call back or book an appointment in e-consult. You then spent time doing that, and the online service tells you they can't help, you need to be seen by a doctor, and to please contact your GP. A complete joke and a careless system with your health. There's no way you are seen, not even on the phone, by this GP

Review titled Efficient and High Quality Care

I have found that using the eConsult service I consistently get an appointment within days, even during busy periods. These appointments have always resulted in satisfactory outcomes and the doctors have been consistently helpful and high-quality. My wife and son also use the practice and have almost always found that it has delivered good outcomes.

Review titled Disappointing

I received a copy of e mail sent by St Thomas hospital on 16 March to practice. It detailed prescription I needed to make up for vitamin deficiency which is stopping me having infusion for treatment of osteoporosis. I rang on 12 April to be told by disagreeable reception that Dr hadn't dealt with it. She was sending him a message. I have just had to tell hospital that I can not yet have much needed treatment for another cpl of months. I am very disappointed by surgery failure to deal with this and attitude of brusque receptionist.
