As always an in depth, kind and helpfully explained appointment with my GP covering a range of health issues I’m currently working through. I left feeling reassured and hopeful that these concerns are being worked through by the correct department(s) and health professionals, and that it is possible to make a good recovery and go on to live a ‘more normal’ life again. Despite my frustrations with long delays within other NHS local services, I am confident the surgery is doing all it can to support my wellbeing and general health. Thank you

After two calls to the surgery, 1 call to 111 I eventually got to see a doctor ( paramedic) I think who was brilliant young and refreshing he confirmed I had a chest infection and prescribed a course of antibiotics

At 50 years of age I would class myself as low maintenance having been to doctors on a handfull of ocassions yet my last two appts so called important as per the surgery who insisted upon them due to test results have been cancelled at their request on the day of the appts with little to no warning

Fast efficient and friendly service all round, as well as bring very professional. The reception was polite and friendly. I did not have yo wait too long for my appointment with the nurse explained everything very clearly.

This month I had cause to request a review of my BP medication. Despite a couple of attempts to get through on the phone, once I was able to speak with Reception I managed to get a face to face consultation that same afternoon. It was reassuring to note that a new medication approach was discussed with other clinicians before being confirmed for me. I always find the staff at the medical centre very helpful,

Very pleased, nurses doing thorough investigations. The only thing I thought was a shame is that I had a text to say contact surgery for a msg from doc. I went in for msg and told I needed to see a doc. They made an appt for me. I saw doc and was told recent ultrasound all clear. Obviously this was good news but, surely the receptionist could have just told me that rather than giving me 4 days of worry that something bad was found and actually taking up the time of seeing a doctor for that news! When you ring up for a doctor very often you see a nurse instead. For an all clear result surely the receptionist/nurse could have done it?
