Contacted the surgery online for a review appointment. I was phoned back within a couple of hours with an appointment date for a few days later. At the appointment, which was on time, the GP gave me ample time to discuss my problems, and to agree next steps. I felt genuinely listened to and that my health was of importance to her.

Easy to book online for me and my son at 7.30am. By 9.30, we both had an appointment the same day, by 11am we had both been seen. Friendly and efficient staff.

Efficient and don't let you down I been going the practice for a long time and always been looked after really well. They have sorted any problems l have had. When l had a very bad back pain, the doctor sent me for every test and scan until the problems was resolved. Which l was very grateful for as the pain was very bad.

Spoken to a doctor who wasn’t really interested and it was like he was reading from a government guideline regarding my weight after me explaining my circumstances. Not very helpful and wasn’t to pass me onto someone else.

Can never get through by phone. Usually wait 20mins+ told to go online to request but never open unless it's 7am ..I am unable to book at this time. Unable to book appointments in advance. This is an absolutely appalling service. I was ill for almost 3 weeks and unable to get an appointment. Really badly managed. I have moved to another local practice now and it put in to perspective how terrible the service really is.

The doctor today was very nice he was new to me only spoke on the phone. He was attentive both listened talked to me. He examined me and explained what he thought was wrong and how we would deal with the problem. Put my mind at ease. I have since seen the Nurse who was also attentive and continued a follow up from the doctor. I was happy today as things are moving in the right direction and quickly.

Not always easy to get an appointment but when you do the medical practitioners are invariably good. My last contact was with the practice nurse who reviewed my asthma symptoms and treatment. She listened well, was patient, thorough and unhurried. She also made some helpful suggestions.

I do not believe that, given any amount of money and the freedom to travel anywhere in the world, I would have received better advice and treatment that I received from this surgery. A serious heart condition was treated promptly with an operation at Wythenshawe Hospital. It has been an unqualified success which has changed my life!

I had an in person consultation with a doctor on the same day as my appointment request. I felt the doctor dealt properly with my medical symptoms (severe cough/chest infection). As to making the appointment, that was as awkward as ever having to wait at my computer for the appointment webpage to come on line at 0730 (and not a single second before that precise time); having to be at my computer at the crack of dawn when I am very ill is far from convenient.
