Thankfully my partner andi are rarely ill. Whenever we have been in need of a doctor we have been given a same day appointment. The doctors in this practice are very diligent and hard working. Once my partner was in need of a telephone consult. The doctor rang him at 6.30m that evening, long after his working day had finished.

I was very pleased to get a face to face appointment after using the online form in the morning. Was also lucky to get a blood test appointment ten minutes after my gp appointment! Excellent friendly Dr and Nurses,who were genuinely interested in my well being. Thank you.

Arrived 6 minutes late for appointment because of traffic hold up on parkway.appologised but was told I could not be seen and would have to rearrange till thursday.I was the only person on the clinic.on many occasions in the past I have waited long past appointment times because drs running late!!!!

Changes need to happen at this practice, filling out a form on line, then it says up to 24hrs to wait, it seems if its urgent, you get the call.

You have to fill a form dead on 7.30am, otherwise you don't stand a chance. I did this, had it filled out in less than 1 minute. Reception called to say to bring my son in at the time I said I wasn't available due to work. All was put on the form, but was told they don't do appointments after 5. 30pm. I said what do people that work do. She said she would look for an out of hours appointment, which wasn't until Thursday! 4 days later. I asked if there was anything before 11am (as I put on the form) to be told all appointments for this time have been taken and to fill a form out tomorrow to try again! I said it was submitted at 7.30am so how can I send it any earlier, it won't allow it. Basically I've been left with the only options of not going in work last minute, an appointment in 4 days or going to the hospital to put more pressure on them. It's just wrong. So many people complain about Northenden group practice but nothing is ever done. This system doesn't work. Years ago, no one had any issues getting an appointment same day or after work. Other surgeries seem to manage it, so why can't ours? So frustrating.

Nice staff, very caring, extremely thorough examination and explanation of my condition, very happy to have Northenden health centre as my local surgery. Keep up the good work.

Gp was very nice and understanding very nice manner.The gp gave excellent service on my appointment.I would definitely recommend this practice and the gp I had my 2 consultation with.

Had a very good consultation with the Nurse who was extremely helpful. She understood all my concerns and was able to give me practical and useful advice as to how to proceed.

Was seen promptly . I had a consultation and never felt rushed . I felt the Doctor cared and listened to my issues . Doctor put me on a pathway where I can see an end result
