    Whilst it is difficult if you are working to get through on the phone, when I did get through the kind receptionist offered to call me back later as I had spent a free slot in my daily work routine trying to get through to make an appointment. She called me back at the requested time and was most helpful. I had received a request to have a blood pressure test. The appointment was fine, almost on time and the practice nurse was most informative and helpful.All The staff at this surgery are super. The only issue is trying to get through on the phone if you are trying to call during your working day.

    Seen on time treatment to my satisfaction will come again next month .the car park is a problem to park when you get in the surgery there is a couple of people waiting but the car park is full

    I had excellent treatment today. This is never the issue. Trying to get an appointment and to see a GP is often very difficult due to the number of patients not poor systems, although I am sure there must be a way of improving them.

    I used the online booking service which was very user friendly. I had a return call within 24hrs and a doctor's face to face appointment within days.

    I was booked in for an appointment by the GP and everything went accordingly and detailed with utmost respect and professionalism especially when it comes to explanations and detailed analysis of how long it would take to attain results and how information regarding the test will be relayed back to me. I have never not been treated fairly at the practice with appointment time on schedule and waiting period so less to be attended to almost immediately. Please kindly keep up the good work as I believe myself and other registered members of the Northenden group practice very much appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown to patients at the practice. Friendly practice and decency at its best. Kind regards.

    The most annoying thing about this practice is having only email at 7.30 on the dot to get any sort of treatment. After ring for 30 mins in the afternoon for advice the receptionist, how was of no help. Only advice was to ring 111. Even when it is concerning an 86 year old, not eating or drinking with severe cough. Totally pathetic!!

    I have had appointments with 3 of the doctors recently. All of them were very thorough, listened to what I had to say and talked through investigations/treatments required. Using the online triage form is easy and I have always been phoned back the same day and been offered face to face appointments when necessary. The receptionists have been lovely too.

    Every time I meet the staff at the practice I am treated extremely well and with efficiency. My only complaint is this new system of filling forms to get an appointment with the doctor, there must be a simpler system.
