Went to see one of the regular locum doctors and she really was so helpful. I rarely go the doctors and she was asking me questions I hadn't thought of . The online forms are so much better than queuing up in the morning . The only thing is they need to sort out phone lines . I rang out of peak times the other day and in half an hour I only went down 1 person. In the end I had to go down there .

My medicines are finishing, the hospital doctor wrote to my GP stating that I needed some other medicines and told me to go and speak with my GP. I can't be there at 8.00am because I work, so I can't do nothing and I have to cope with the pain. This is not acceptable in a developed country. I will need to find a way to get my pain killers.

Podiatrist seen early morning notified practice to get me seen by Dr. 2hrs after appointment confirmed for later that day Dr very professional and got appt for next day at hospital. Thankfully everything was ok

Was made to feel comfortable, no pressure or worries . Was just a health check after sending a blood pressure reading in . They wernt happy with results , so was called in to double check .

Northenden GP is a clean surgery with plenty of doctors and nurses. It was easy to request an appointment and I was given one appropriate to my issue. Check-in is so easy through the touch screen. Doctor listened, assessed, and took action. I felt cared for.

Takes a while but eventually get answers. Not a fan of using a qr code and then waiting for a phone call but it does save spending a long time trying to get through on the phone

Extremely helpful receptionist staff and consultation with doctor was excellent: GP fully aware of recent medical history, listened carefully and clearly explained medication and next steps in treatment

I always struggle to get an appointment, but my visit to the nurse who was lovely and very professional helped me gain an appointment with a GP. The GP was also lovely and excellent. Just a shame it is so difficult to get an appointment.
