Had an appointment with the GP physio. A nice session and got all my questions answered. Recommended for a scan at the wythenshaw hospital without stress. Attended that and results were ready. Got an appointment to explain result analysis of my shoulder scan. Everything was positive and I was spoken to and adviced at length what drastic measures I should keep up with to reduce the slight pain I was feeling at the joint of my right arm shoulder after a bench press exercise routine injury. The GP was very kind and so friendly. Our ckids conversation proceeded to chatting a bit about football 😀. As I’m a ManUtd fan and my physio GP was a mancity fan 😊. Exchanged pleasantries in the end and I was advised to reach back again in few weeks if I was still experiencing any sort of pain which was already subsidising anyways. Felt so comfortable and happy with relief even as I shook hands and stepped out. Great practice at its finest. Environment always tidy, clean and very quiet. God bless all NHS staff worldwide. And God bless all staffs at the Northenden group practice. 😊

I find seeing a actual doctor quite difficult as compared to pre Covid. I'm always given nurse appointments.When I actually get a appointment with a doctor I am pleased with the service.

Spot on appointment, and follow up on the process of my vaccine schedule .Had to get 3 doses on 3 months , everything went well , no time waiting on my arrival Also I like the selfckecking very fast and the nurse was professional explaining everything.

I attended for an annual review which was efficiently completed by the nurse. The only problem was that my original appointment had been cancelled following which I received a feedback request! I also received 2 separate emails giving different times for the rearranged appointment.

Yes the doctors were very coperative and well mannered, her behaviour was very good,she treat me very well and prfer me for blood test,but in thi blood test appointment i feel bad experience,this was rhe first rime in my life i dont know why this was happend,she could not get enough blood she tried many times,7 or 8 but blood was not coming,so this was the worse experience for my me,so now i take another appointment for my blood test on next week.

I had no difficulty arranging my blood test. I received a prompt, same day callback. I was seen on time and had no issue with the test itself or the friendly, approachable staff member who performed it. I was asked if I understood what I was having tested and was given clear information, as to when I could expect my results. A completely satisfactory experience. Very happy with the treatment I receive at this practice.

Emailed for appointment at 7.30, phoned at8.45, appointment F to F at 10. 30. Sent for walk in X-ray and all done by 12.30. Yes it was quite urgent but not A&E urgent. Excellent turn around time just like it used to be. Waiting for results is beyond the practices remit.
