Emailed for appointment at 7.30, phoned at8.45, appointment F to F at 10. 30. Sent for walk in X-ray and all done by 12.30. Yes it was quite urgent but not A&E urgent. Excellent turn around time just like it used to be. Waiting for results is beyond the practices remit.

Wonderful experience because of the prompt service I received. No delay in the process. Starting from clock-in to the appointment itself was a great one.

Thorough checkof health although maybe should have checked on the medication taken and made sure I understood what each tablet was for

Not for the first time I have tried unsuccessfully to get an appointment to see a doctor. I went online @ 7:40am to book a gp call back, all I got was "service temporarily unavailable as capacity reached" this is just 10 mins after the opening time for this service So I reverted back to calling the surgery at 8am (which I knew was going to be a waste of time) as this service is never able to fulfil a request because it is constantly engaged! I held on the line when, at 8:26am the recorded message from one of the doctors at the practice came through & I was told I was caller number 5, I knew at this point this was going to be a complete & utter waste of time & that capacity had been reached & I was correct, that is exactly what happened. It is so predictable as it has happened so many times, not just to me but to other patients!!! This is not a service & having been a patient at the practice since 1969 I cannot believe how this practice has been allowed to decline as it has. It definitely does not inspire me to recommend this practice to anybody as what good is it if you can't even get an appointment when you need one.

Was seen fairly quickly, the GP was welcoming, kind, and I felt I was listened to, and reassured . Referral was made and received appointment within 7 days , no Problems with my visit to the practice at all

After struggling for 3/4 of an hour with the hurdles to obtaining a report back appointment I was called at the stated time. The consultation covered the items of concern. An intimate examination was offered, accepted and performed while chaparoned. Medications were adjusted. Xray organised and further review proposed. I was out again within 16 minutes.

It was easy to book an appointment and a quick response with a convenient date set for the health check. Very pleasant, instructive meeting at the GP's, with a follow up appointment set there and then.

On this occasion only 10 minutes delay. Nurse taking my bloods was excellent and very professional. Also gentleman on reception very professional and curtious.
