    The surgery should be accessible, have the front door open. The nurse was lovely and done a great job however getting an appointment was like mission impossible. Waiting 2 months for a cervical screen is not good practice.

    Nurse practitioner very good listened and referred onwards. Cannot understand why you are not working as pre covid with your doors open ?

    I was listned to when i spoke about my issues, we had a discussion. I was shown a lot of emaphy and understanding. Medication explained what the tablet did not just given. Did not feel rushed and felt like a person that i could talk too. I thank you for that and not many drs show the time anymore.

    The receptionist was able to get me an appointment for my Son that day using a doctor at orchard house in Lydd. The only grumble would be the doctor, (Locum, I think) gave me a form for a X-ray for my son, said I could just turn up at either WHH or Royal Victoria hospital with the Form, went to WHH and was told I needed to make an appointment, luckily they weren’t busy and the outpatient reception asked her supervisor and they booked one there and then, otherwise it would of been a wasted trip to ashford. The Doctor, despite this was very thorough in checking over my Son so no complaints otherwise.

    Tryed to Oder a repeat request via email as I’m house bound and cannot work out the patient access the lady said she would not issue my prescription very unhelpful and very rude attitude and even though I stated I would be out of medication she said it’s the responsibility of the patient I had requested my prescription two weeks before I would run out the pharmacy I had chosen spoke to a lovely lady who was more than happy to except an email from the pharmacy and when the pharmacy rang they was told they do not except request through email they were asked to accept it this one time as the patient would be without medication and her response was no she has to use patient access that’s all very well but if yr house bound and cannot navigate the patient access surely the surgery should be more empathetic and help not point blank refuse to process a prescription request and risk a patients life not getting there medication just cause they should use a process they cannot work out poor customer service and well being of a patient who is very unwell

    Upon having ultrasound performed on Monday, the 26th of June and being told that I would need to contact Oak Hall Surgery within one to 2 days for a result on testicle cancer. I contacted Oak Hall Surgery to be told that my results were at the surgery and that the GP would give me a call, this still didn’t happen by Wednesday, the 28th of June, so I contacted Oak Hall Surgery again to be told that the results had not yet reached the surgery. It is now Friday, the 7th of July and still no call from Oak Hall Surgery. I am at a loss with this I attended Buckland hospital yesterday, the 6th of July to have my testes checked by the doctor to find out he had not received any ultrasound results. For obvious reasons I am not happy with Oak hall with this service.
