I went to drop a sample of I needed to talk to someone but was totally ignored for over six minutes, then I just dumped the sample and left

An appointment was made by the nurse for me with the physio. He informed me that he could do nothing fo me that I needed to see a orthopaedic doctor and the nurse should not have made the appointment. Causing me to lose a half days wages

Ive had positive and helpful advice from the team at oak hall surgery. They have always been polite and understanding towards me and i feel at ease with explaining, and asking for advice.

I think it is incredibly poor that we cannot book appointments in advance any more and that when I call up at 8am and am the 5th person in the queue only 1 appointment was left. I also think it is unnecessary to have the message about abuse every 30 seconds- a minute when you are in the queue to speak to a receptionist. I completely agree that you should not be abused but feel the frequency of the message is too much.

The experience that me and my family is always very pleasant and helpful from the receptionists to making appointments and even the doctors and nurses and the. cleaners cannot find any thought thank you x

Everyone - the guy i spoke to on the phone initially, the practice nurse were all kind, clear and helpful. On previous appointments it has been the same too - ladies on reception right thro to gp Amazing surgery and staff - thankyou
