I was impressed at how quickly and efficiently I was seen. The log in system was especially good as it removed the need to queue up to talk to the receptionist. I was seen promplty; no time wasted. Lovely doctor too who was very helpful and reassuring. A much improved experience!!

I didn’t know the appointment isn’t with GP? It was booked with the pharmacist. This was for a dermatology review!. He didn’t introduce his name nor his job title??? I had to ask him halfway through the consultation as to what his name was and whether he’s a GP or not?? Very misleading. He didn’t do a thorough examination, in fact he didn’t do an examination.. this was a review appointment as my son’s repeat prescription was rejected by GP. He just repeated the same prescription without any proper examination or history taking. Get a GP to see under 16. Not the pharmacist. It’s very professional to introduce yourself by name and by profession. He didn’t do that.

I had to visit the practice and I was called in prompt on time. The doctor was really interested in me and listened to my concern. This is a really good surgery. My profuse thanks to the doctors and the receptionist . Kind regards.

I became ill with chest infection and attended yesterday Friday 26th July. Doctor was welcoming and thorough. She did all the necessary checks efficiently and was very reassuring. This has always been my experience with is practice . Sometimes I struggle to get through to reception but yesterday I had no problem and was not waiting long before I spoke to staff. Practice is pro-Active in offering very age related vaccinations.

I have had several visits to the GP over the last few months for ongoing symptoms. The doctors are really attentive and also follow up in-between appointments to check on you and deliver ongoing care/ advice. At my last appointment, I was also seen by one of the nurses who was fantastic. It can sometimes be difficult to get appointments but using the app has made things a lot easier and efficient, especially when it comes to getting test results and communicating with the practice outside of appointments. Service has really improved and I would highly recommend.

The Gp listened to my concerns and was helpful in offering advice about my health concerns. Compared to other practices, I found the Gp surgery are thorough in their approach to patient’s needs.

My last experience was so good.,the nurse called me she's so professional, she arranged my blood test and an appointment with My GP within 48 hours, I m so greatful for your service. Receptionist so helpful and I also to take this opportunity to thank my GP for his care and attention.
