No problem making an appointment. Seen few minutes before appointment time so no waitng. Phlebotomist always efficient and friendly. Thank you.

The entire staff is very receptive and polite. They greet you with a warm and friendly smile and ask how you feel. Even a telephone call by the GPs is very reassuring and gives a sense of belonging because they care.

Turned up 7.30 am, the lady unlocking was polite helpfull and respectfull.thankyou ,pitty some of your telephone staff was as polite didnt get her name but thanks

The telephone reception was very poor and after 2 calls I still do not fully understand my blood results. I now have to wait until the 21st November for someone else to explain them to me. I do not consider this good enough.

I had an early call from doctor which went very smoothly, drugs were prescribed and a question of mine was answered and dealt with, first by Doctor and then phone follow up by reception staff. Very satisfied, but then I usually am. Staff are very efficient, and very helpful and friendly.

This is the first time in a very long time a health care professional listened to both me and my sons and our concerns, she was very very attentive, I felt heard and she took her time there was no rush. If I can have only that doctor all the time I would be more than happy
