I was booked In quick and the lovely GP identify my gut problem I’ve had for three years as pancreatitis and was was very quickly booked in for a CT scan

I have left kind of complaints previously due to booking procedures and attitude of person who booked my appointment but after that I received phone calls about my complaint deserve 5 star she called to discuss my concern and agin follow on call ti ask how I am getting on definitely deserve 5star+

The entire staff is very receptive and polite. They greet you with a warm and friendly smile and ask how you feel. Even a telephone call by the GPs is very reassuring and gives a sense of belonging because they care.

The telephone reception was very poor and after 2 calls I still do not fully understand my blood results. I now have to wait until the 21st November for someone else to explain them to me. I do not consider this good enough.
