A significant improvement to the service delivery. The doctor called me back and discussed my symptoms; he was very clear regarding next steps. I was sent links and could pick up forms for blood tests on the same day. Very well organised and managed. It’s great to see how the surgery and staff are improving. Well done all involved.

I received my appointment promptly and efficiently the DR, I saw was amazing he had the skills and knowledge to speak another language which I needed for my foster son who couldn't speak English he dealt with the problem with much expertise and support . So thank you very much olive medical practice to changing for the better and lots of positiveness . Also the lad at reception is very helpful and pleasant and always smiling keep up the good work .

Rang for an appointment in morning didn’t have any slots, get a call Later in the afternoon to come in as my blood results had been received. Well done to the manager in making these changes.

Iv been having issues with the doctor not coming back to me for weeks... i spoke to 1 receptionist yesterday and he was brilliant... sorted all my issues in the same day

For the first time in many years I actually felt I have a doctor, my matter was dealt with very quickly from the moment I rang the surgery, the call back service is amazing, getting a face to face appointment on the same day, what I was shocked that is this my surgery, hats off to whoever is improving the practice, very quick and friendly all throughout the process, the doctor was amazing , very friendly, I’ve been suffering for a while and I didn’t want to go to the surgery cause there’s always a locum, my sister suggested for me to go, she also added the surgery has changed for the better. I’m so glad I went. Thanks you and keep up with the improvements.

For the first time I have not been disappointed with this GP, got the help I needed today straight away. Still unsure about the receptionists, but the GP was amazing.

After a few years I had to go to the practice and I must say excellent change , great service and rapid response to appointments and any questions I had. Many new faces and excellent service.

I was contacted less than 24 hours after having contacted the GP through the online portal and was immediately scheduled in for an appointment the same day. It was quick and efficient, allowing me to recieve the information and solutions that I need. The GP was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease for my appointment whilst simultaneously providing information professionally as they evaluated my condition. They were able to make me feel comfortable as they listened attentively to my situation, making me feel heard and understood. They also provided me with referrals and solutions very promptly that would enable me to receive the further healthcare that I require. Overall, I had a wonderful and smooth experience and would recommend this to others living within the area!

Went into the surgery late afternoon and the receptionists were on point with all my queries even to the point I was out of the window to order my meds they helped me
