Olive Medical is an amazing practice that has made real improvements over the past year. From the wonderful staff awaiting to greet you at the reception upon your arrival, to the brilliant clinicians and nurses whom care to listen attentively to your needs and try to help you in the best way possible.

After 20 years of being registered with this surgery I have noticed a very huge and better change . The receptionist were welcoming which made me feel they care for each and every patient. Very amazing change in phone call system very appreciated. Keep doing for the better service.

A much better service than before with a very professional and helpful receptionist who worked quickly and diligently to address and resolve the query. The receptionist was understanding and friendly and had a very positive attitude. I understand that it is not always possible to meet all requests from patients but the way queries are handled makes a very big difference and this particular receptionist was well equipped and had the courtesy that is required to handle patients’ queries. Thank you for a great experience in a long time and hope to see more of such work ethics.

The staff at reception are always happy and friendly upon greeting! The Practice is always clean and pleasant, with safety precautions to keep patients well-guarded . The GP’s are extremely proficient and professional, providing a top level of care and support for any problems - big or small. I would definitely recommend this outstanding Practice!

The doctor I saw was extremely friendly and helpful. He was great with my 22 month old and made her feel at ease whilst he did the routine checks.

Improvement is needed when you go to the practice in person as you are just not acknowledged and could be standing there for ages. They are peak times for when the phone lines are busy, and at less busy times you do get through quite quickly. It’s good that the prescription line is separate. I’m regard to my recent experience, I had waited ages for a booked call back and it wasn’t on time. So I had to book face to face. They was a lot of misunderstanding and the face to face appointment that was booked felt like an unnecessary one and felt like a wasted journey. Overall, it is a satisfactory practice with polite, friendly and patient staff.

Hi, I have been with the practice for a long time but recently over the past months service has improved greatly, phones are getting answered quickly and politely..receptionists were very friendly too. Keep it up as all is improving for a much better service.

It felt like I attended a new surgery which was catering for private patients. There are no words to describe the huge turnaround from the previous staff. The new team inc the GP were welcoming and enthusiastic. It was clear they wanted to help and felt like I was special to them. My father was down and concerned about his health. However, upon leaving he was reassured and his mood had changed. This was down to the GP being so positive and supportive. I can not recommend this practice anymore. Absolutely amazing. Thank you to the whole team.

Previously I always struggled to get an appointment with the doctor, the system they had in place just wasn't working for me, since the new appointment system my children are seen faster than before, without the need to be frustrated with the surgery staff for no appointments available and being told to try again the next day, the delay in them answering the phone to start with. The new system allows you to hang up but still remain in the queue and the member of staff calls you back when your 1st in the queue.
