The staff was able to check on the issue, explain what will happen and managed to get things resolved. I received a call back within minutes, to let me know the issue has been sorted. Thank you.

I was called in room 7,the general practitioner ask me series question a about myself and family,she asked if i am allergic to anything and if any members of family have diabetes or not,she later did my height, weights and body temperature for me

I turned up about 10 minutes early and was seen pretty much on time. I have a power wheelchair and was concerned about if it would fit through the doctors entrance to his room, but to my surprise there was plenty of room and the doctor held the door open for me as well. Very good. He was also very understanding of my problems.

The 2 ladies at the reception very helpful and kind with lots of smiles helped with my query. Needed help with regards to an appointment and this was resolved with no bother.

Reception made staff member. Excellent service . Gave me date and time I wanted. This is not an easy GP surgery to deal with but this time was a good experience

The Child Family are a great team from the reception , nurses thru to the Doctors . The staff treat you with care and compassion and will always try to accommodate your needs . It’s a shame that the same level of service isn’t mirrored across both sides of the practice . Child Family work as a team , the staff are never rude and always happy to try to deal with anything as quickly and efficiently as possible . The reception team are not dismissive of your request and take the time to deal with you , if they are busy they ensure patients are booked in before getting into lengthy discussions with other patient needs . Appointment times are good and you are mostly seen on time . I’ve never felt rushed or ushered out. As I’ve said before it’s a shame Porters isn't managed as well as Child Family .
