We're able to book the appointment easily and the service from everyone at the surgery was good. Using their app helps to look at my records and my results instantly.

Had a lot of trouble with the evergreen app, whenever I needed to get appointment or something I had to explain the same thing,and no-one believed me,had 4 persons trying to fix it,just after about 1 mount there was a gentelman that sort it out for me. The staff is great,no complaints but there should be an alternative for appointments not only through the app.

I missed call from surgery and it was urgent , called back and receptionist ar was so kind to help me out with my query. He was patient to listen to me n then help me out with my issues. All done on time coz of him, so glad to have this treatment . Thank you

Waited nearly an hour in the queue to book and appointment with the nurse whom i had already seen and it is a monthly thing I need to do, with only 1 receptionist that clearly does not know what he is doing while other members of staff are leaving or out the back. And feel extremely disappointed that I have had 5 months of blood test because I feel ill and my blood count is low to be told you have to wait another 3 months an repeat the bloods again. I know there is something wrong and I am getting no where with my GP

I got what I needed like checking my blood pressure, my weight my urine test n they send me to have blood specimens for general health check n I am grateful for that and I’m thankful for their service.
