    I booked an appointment with the Dr for my Medical Insurance. However, during the appointment Dr advised that medical insurance form requires more time and cannot be completed in 10mins appointment time. A Muslim girl with the Pink scarf explained me the thoroughly about the process about the insurance report. On my request she put my insurance report to be completed as urgent and I got my medical report completed within a week. Very happy with the service and approach of that admin staff. Excellent communication.

    I called today and am took care of everything I needed without complaining and without hesitation and called me back quickly with updates and solutions to all my problems this woman is 100% going to finally make a change to this doctor surger and make it a much better place Thank you am I appreciate your help

    The receptionist helped me today when the gp sent an email that they would take my name off the surgery list because I didn’t come to the gp for my appointment and i didn’t call them but I came in on Friday when the system was down and that was when I was supposed to have the appointment and they were supposed to write my name down I spoke to the receptionist today about it and they said they will speak to their supervisor about it to rectify the mistake because I did come to the appointment and that made me feel happy and relieved Great customer service le

    I was in a bit of a bind due to the timing of a scheduled appointment but a helper, who’s name starts with ‘to’ and ends with ‘wa’ was extremely helpful that I couldn’t help but leave a review. She was patient and took the time to look through for an appropriate time that would suit me to make sure I didn’t miss this appointment which is needed as urgently as possible. Really grateful for patience and thorough help on the call. 10/10 would recommend her

    Just like with any practice they have a good and a bad side. From my personal experience the clinic has improved over the years, staff are friendly enough, get the job done and can manage a smile if they are not overwhelmed. Appointments are fairly easy to get if you are tech savy but in the recent months they have made the phone lines easier to get through to book an appointment. There are some good GP’s that actually do their job wholeheartedly and not just because they get paid. Most recently with the help of a Gp at Porters Avenue I was able to get a quick diagnosis of my ADHD and Autism through the right to choose service. With his understanding of my concerns I was assessed and diagnosed in a space of 6 months. I hope the clinic continue to improve.
