    Staff members are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate what everyone there is friendly. My appointment went smoothly without any problem and receptionist helped me to change my address.

    After speaking to a receptionist who wasn’t interested in why I needed to book a Saturday appt via the phone, I was told to use the evergreen app and to do the next day. I tried to explain I was working 7-7 so was not possible. In the end I was angry and put the phone down. I emailed my complaint to the surgery and got a call today although I did say in it I was working but they caught me on a break. The practice manager who I spoke to was really nice and understanding and solved my problem in minutes if only the reception staff were like this.

We are trying our best how make quick and easy access for our patients so we have introduced Evergreen app to use or use AskmyGp link via website. That will avoid to wait on phone and we will receive your request in practice and our team will contact you asap. I am Glad our Practice solved the problem. Thank you

    The receptionist was very helpful and guided me on setting up the app which I've found to be really useful and easy to use therefore reducing the hussles of having to always call the GP practice.Thank you Porters Avenue.

    I went for my annual health check appointment with nurse. She was so kind and welcoming. I got my blood check request form from reception and went to check if there is any possibility to get my blood today. I am working at NHS. I have to get a day off.. when I went phlebotomist raised her voice and told receptionist don't send any one. I am finished the day. I told receptionist that I came to check if there is any possibility to to do my blood test. It was 11.30. He said she finished the day today. She wants to go early.

    I am sorry to hear this. We are GP practice. We are glad that you had nice experience with our nurse at GP practice. Thank you for your positive comment for our service at GP practice. Just a clarification, Phlebotomist Service is run by different provider which is not belong to us so we don't have any control whatsoever. I will appreciate if you raise your concern directly to Phlebotomist service in order to address appropriately. Once again Thank you for your nice comment for our nurse at GP practice.

    Went today, the ladies working at the reception were brilliant. Helped me set up with the online portal, made sure all my queries were answered. The nurse I saw made sure to ensure all my concerns were addressed.
