Appointment was booked quickly and was patient and easy to book with although you do have to push a little to get an appointment face to face or it does book as over the phone

Called the surgery and the receptionist was really helpful in booking my appointment. She was patient while I navigated my dairy, with the appointments that were available at the surgery. Thank you for being patient and helpful :)

Unlike the usual doctors who are typically attentive and empathetic, my appointment today was disappointing. The doctor in room 5 was very dismissive of my complaints and seemed too eager to get rid of me without listening. I hope i don’t have to see him again.

I dropped in some stool samples yesterday and was disappointed with how loudly the receptionist was asking me related questions. In a busy waiting room where there is naturally some sensitivity and embarassment around the subject area. By the time I left everyone sitting there (assuming they were paying attention) knew it was a stool sample. I would request better training and communication around patient confidentiality if possible. Its not the first time my personal details have been loudly relayed in a communal area.

The reception was very nice, helpful, spoke in lovely calm tone, went extra mile. Called to notify me for an earlier cancellation appointment availability. In hard times when everything seems so helpless something like that makes you happy. Thank you.

One of new receptionist was absolutely a gem! Super helpful and patient and really kind to both me and my sister. As well as that, she booked our appointments with the doctor immediately! Thank you for your service sweetie!

I went today for blood & pre-diabetic tests. The surgery is exceptional and looks after my whole health in a very holistic and preventative way. I'm continously asked to come in and have all my health checks done to identify health issues now and for the future. Reception staff are excellent especially S.e.e.m.a who is outstanding and am asset for the surgery. Professional, compassionate & quick service! Best GP practice in Birmingham - and I'm grateful to be registered with them now for 20+ years. Thank you team.

Called up for an appointment quite late morning. Staff at reception (lady) was very helpful asked some questions and managed to get me an appointment within 2hrs of calling. Always a very helpful lady
