Very helpful and kind understanding patient needs and putting them first. The service was on good communication and the receptionist was very polite and friendly, made us feel comfortable and put our importance.

We were in a dilemma and needed an urgent sick note. Seems was extremely helpful and ensured we received the sicknote in such a short space of time. She worked efficiently and ensured we got what we needed. She assisted us throughout and took the time to deal with our issue appropriately. Very pleased with the service received.

Helpful people and generally get the job done only issue I've had recently is I'm still waiting on my sick note as I have suffered a recent stroke

Your sick note was issued by the clinician on 29/07/2024 during the telephone consultation and was advised to collect it from the practice or we can send it via email. Only today the email was provided to the reception staff by your next of kin and the sick note was emailed straight away. I hope this has resolved your concerns you have raised. I was able to book an appointment easily for my son at the same time as my own. The receptionist was very helpful when booking my appointment. My Dr was amazing as she listened, gave advice and took her time with both my son and I. Very positive experience

Sajda at pak health was pleasant and friendly. I’ve had 2 babies in 2 years and she has immunised both. I’m also very anxious myself of needles but sajda explained everything she did clearly and gave clear instructions on what to do. She is very professional with a caring nature. I left with a positive feeling after seeing sajda.

I had a smear test appointment with a practitioner nurse. She made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time. I would recommend this nurse for the smear test screening especially if you are anxious to get it done

Went last week because little one was sick and coughing. Managed to get an appointment with the partner side. Doctor only examined throat and said wait a week and come back if not better, at this point she had already been sick for a week. I was already on antibiotics and so was my other daughter. Waited a week nothing has improved so went back in only to be told by another doctor it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get better. Seriously considering moving doctors.

It wasn't painful as I expected. The Dr was so friendly. She was so nice and when I saw her all of my stress gone. I heard from my friends that i will experience extreme pain but it wasn't like that at all.

My daughter wasn’t feeling well yesterday, was given a phone consultation when I called the GP. It wasn’t long the doctor called me and I was told to bring her same day. On getting there, we were assured that she would be fine with no medication and she did. The following day which is today, I had an appointment with the nurse for cervical screening test. The nurse was amazing, she was made sure I was relaxed with beautiful words from her. You could tell that she is experienced. The practice should keep this up.
